GRAND CHUTE, Wis. - A video taken at a Wisconsin event on behalf of Mitt Romney shows a protester arguing with a Romney supporter and then spitting in her face.
The event Friday in Grand Chute was part of a statewide "Wisconsin Women for Mitt" tour.
A protester interrupted Republican state Sen. Alberta Darling to ask about Republican opposition to Planned Parenthood.

I remember when a vast majority of people on this site were Conservatives. Sad what it’s come to.

Spot on. I've actually spent a little time trying to figure out how I'd feel if I was in the same position as a Dem voter. Imagine, just four short years ago I was on cloud 9 as "The One" waxed eloquently about Hope and Change. A new day was coming, a new tone of civility. The dreaded Bushitler was about to be defeated. It was a glorious time...
...but now, it's all come crashing down. All the promises, all the rhetoric, all the lofty goals, all failed. The crushing disappointment is now turning to anger. It's currently pointed outward, but before long the left will begin to eat their own. A few will fess up and admit to being hoodwinked by Obama and his soaring but ultimately fatuous speeches of '08, but most will never admit it.
Stay focused and stay on message people! We're less than three months from victory.

Oh I think with libs it has nothing to do with “Hope and Change” crashing on them, it has to do with the fact that this has been their ONE chance to turn America into Europe, its something that Commies and Progressives have wanted for well, ever..I read a quote a few days ago where the Communist Party USA(Yeah apparently there is a such thing, makes ya wonder why they dont move to Venezuela if they love Communism so much, oh well moving on) that now was the “Best time to be a Communist in America” but if Obama loses its all over for them. All of their work to turn America into their Utopian society would have crashed and burned, that is why they are reacting like this, because they know their plans have failed, miserably

That is an absolute falsehood because I have NEVER accused Mister Robinson of what you tried to twistingly infer. I will repeat, one more time, that I honor his decision to NOT vote for Romney. What I question is the active work at FR to prevent Romney from getting elected. Doing that results in Obama having an easier time getting reelected and it tends to suppress conservative turnout.
Now, from the above you can surmise that I believe Freerepublic has a very real effect on the elections. To actively work to prevent Romney from winning is different from not voting for the man. It is a whole 'nother level of surprising to see Jim Robinson actively working to defeat Romney ... and doing that has the result of giving David Axelrod a free gift. If that doesn't shock a longtime Freeper, well, have nice day.

Regrettably, unionized law enforcement isn’t that interested in corralling these assholes.
