V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan Speaks to Retirees in Florida

Washington, DC Saturday, August 18, 2012

Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan will speak at a retirement community in Florida, Saturday.

Ryan will be accompanied by his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Ryan Douglas, when he speaks at The Villages, the world’s largest retirement community. His mother lives in Florida for part of the year and spend the rest of her time in Wisconsin.

Florida has the highest concentration of voters over 65 in the country. 17 percent of Floridians fall into that group.
In NH, 14%.

Its already started. Ive seen some tweets from reporters saying much smaller crowd than Palin in 2008.

They never mention that it was after the convention and full into the fall campaign.
