Exactly. He’s a typical pampered leftist hypocrite. His condescending claim that Ryan doesn’t understand the band is of course BS. It’s not like RATM’s run of the mill leftist message is complicated. Ryan just likes to work out to the sound of their music, which indeed is perfect for working out to. Morello just needs to come to terms with the fact that his music is nothing high energy muzak for most people.

I have no problem enjoying the artistic work of communists, socialists, and other liberal types. They can serve us with their arts as we see fit, and we can laugh at their vanity at the same time. It's a win-win.lol -- well put.

reminds me of that bumper sticker liberals used to love so much question authority, of course when they become the authority questioning authority stops and anoyone who does it becomes the great satan. Here, try this one instead.
Cheers!

"You just know that it's supremely important that HE keep his wealth in order to keep up the fight for the proletariat!" Exactly. Good tagline, by the way.

Im pretty sure anybody whos listened to any of their stuff long enough to hear vocals knows the deal with RATM. Depends on whether they've sat for 20 years under their teachings...

Maybe we are being too hard on him.
After all; JESUS raged against the machine.
Later Martin Luther did the same.
Colonial American chose to rage against King George.
And then a fellow from New York came along, raged, and got a lot of other folks to follow him.
Together; raging like crazy; they are now PART of the Machine and set to beCOME the Head Gear.

I was waiting for mediocre guitarists from washed up 90’s bands to weigh in on the election; before making up my mind who to support.

Here are the lyrics -
I don’t know Paul Ryan
Never met Paul Ryan
but was told to use my fame to lie about Paul Ryan
So I wrote this song to bash Paul Ryan
So my stupid fans would hate Paul Ryan too.
I’m a tool
I’m a tool
A fraud and a fool
I want an invite to a party where the people are cool

I wish they would really “rage” against a stamping press. See how far that gets them.

Rolling Stone, the Nightwatchman called Ryan "the embodiment of the machine our music has been raging against for two decades." Raging about since 1992? Pfffft.
Meanwhile, the music industry BECAME a Lady Gaygay machine. And Rolling Stoned put Justin Beeper on the frickin' cover.

This made Morello mad. How could some "fringe right wing nut job" be so complimentary of his life's work? "Charles Manson loved the Beatles, but didn't understand them," he wrote. FALSE. Charles Manson said in an interview that the music of the Beatles was the younger generation's music. HE preferred Frank Sinatra (although he ended up giving the Beach Boys a song they later recorded as payment for damage he did to Dennis Wilson's house).

"Chris Christie loves Bruce Springsteen, but doesn't understand him." Or maybe he likes some of the music and energy in spite of the politics of the singer behind the song.
Meanwhile, if you endorse the politically incorrect candidate, you can be blacklisted by the liberal establishment.

Anarchism as a POLITICAL philosophy has never been about the total eradication of government, it’s the nature in which it is administered.
Bomb throwing anarchists have always advocated Socialism. They even demand socialized medicine (and presumably want only accredited doctors to perform surgery).

Such talk of “overthrow” is seditious. “Don’t question their patriotism...” < /liberal cheese and whine >

Anarchism as a POLITICAL philosophy has never been about the total eradication of government, its the nature in which it is administered. They are not anarchists. They are nothing more than insurrectionists - they want change. Anarchy by definition either total chaos in a situation, or a complete lack of government. From the Greek anarkhos "without a ruler". Again, the left uses words where they do not mean what they think they mean.
