I think there is a better word than stupid, but it escapes me right now.
I really don’t care how much Romney paid or didn’t pay in taxes for the past 10 years. It seems that he earned his money honestly, and from what I can tell - he isn’t a selfish man. He gives millions to charity - unlike the obamas who give a pittance, and take from us to give to others.
Romney doesn’t need this job - at least not for the pay. He could live quite well in the WH without taking a pay check. I have to believe that he is truly concerned about America. At least that’s what I want to believe. Maybe he has another motive, such as avenging his dad’s failure to become president. So what? George W. Bush may have had the same aspiration - to avenge his dad’s one-term presidency.
Who knows? But, whatever, I just don’t care how much money he has, or what he did or didn’t pay in taxes. We have bigger fish to fry than this.
When zero releases his college transcripts, passport and other pertinent information, then maybe Romney will oblige, but probably won’t. I seriously doubt that he does his own taxes anyway, and just pays someone to take care of it for him.
The obamas are multi-millionaires. Did they ever release the past 10 years of their income to the public? Inquiring minds want to know.
