Hmmm...the way that reads one could put forth the argument that gay propaganda, gay education and other such nonsense IS an attempt to change the sexual orientation of heterosexual children.
It could be used that way if one inclines. I haven’t read the bill, but if the rest is as generic as that line, it could be used to prevent any sort of gender identity discussions in schools, gay or straight.
It could backfire on the intent of those who wrote it.
