Saw the interview also, the Trump rant by Gibbs didn't fit into the interview. Maybe a diversion tactic....ridicule, discredit others to change direction.
Gibbs was being called out on Obamacare death panels of unelected people cutting services in Medicare to help fund Obamacare. Gibbs tried to call it increased efficiency. (Paraphrase) He was dancing around the reality --seniors will be impacted and services limited.
