I respect all of your convictions and am not being antagonistic. This is a divisive issue here on FR and it has not been healthy for our cause.

I expect all of you are against drunk driving.

I am against drinking and driving too. I would not shoot my teenage son if he were arrested for drunk driving just to prove to the world how against it I am.

I will begrudgingly vote for Mitt in hopes the more conservative House, Senate and VP will keep Mitt from drinking and driving (again, figuratively).

At the end of the day, you are voting for a liberal in the hope of some kind of social economic miracle. You can rationalize this any way you like. But at the end of the day there is one avoidable fact.

After a lifetime (relatively speaking for some, literally for others) of railing against liberals and liberalism, when the rubber hit the road, you set it all aside.

Apparently it was meaningless. Apparently it was wrong. Because you cannot logically say that you can have it both ways.

And now I will return to silence until the next ABO trys to convince me.
