He should get out.

The cause of winning the Senate and repealing Obamacare and as much of the left wing agenda as possible is far bigger than any individual politician. He just set the cause back. The seat should be easy to win and he put it in jeopardy.

Also, if he is this stupid to fall for this obvious media trap (lefty reporter asking him to comment on some wedge issue that has nothing to do with the issues at hand - economy, debt crisis, etc) he is liable to fall into more traps later when it is too late to change him out.

There is too much at stake here to blow it by rallying behind this guy.

Well, if you believe the two Massholes that are calling for Akin to step down.... ie that THEY will repeal obamacare- you have living proof they would prefer McKaskill. Get it?
They are RINOs (moderate/libs) on obamacare-— corporatist, cost-shifting supporters of obamacare. We need guys like Akin to defeat obamacare. But then Harry Reid, with McKaskill helped by Brown et al will prevent repeal. It is a much bigger game. And Romney should just shut up, and stop dancing to the media’s tune. Flip Flop.

Since this is a Republican, it is likely already too late. I believe Missouri has an 8/21 ballot date. Republicans follow the rules.
