Yeah, but making the correct choice, and having those who might feel slighted be on board when the announcement is made, is even more important IMHO. If it’s Brunner, I want Steelman standing next to him saying that she’ll work to defeat McCaskill, and vice versa if it’s Steelman. And if it’s a third choice, I want both Brunner and Steelman there saying that they support the nominee.
