Unless Raub has a collection of axes that he spends an inordinate amount of time sharpening I consider his comment a metaphor. The Soviet Union also had problems with mental deviants. A simple lobotomy will return Raub to a contributing member of the community. Perhaps he can go on food stamps (economists say every $1.00 in food stamps contribute $1.84 to the economy.) The FBI has its work cut out for it. Thousands of rap artists, Black Panthers, and even politicians, have said things that could have them committed. A prominent politician once said, “If they bring a knife, we bring a gun.”
