Wow. You’ve never even read it, have you.
Go read Amendment the 5th, moron.
The Supreme Court is definately on your side in this debat over the 5th amendment and the death penalty. But, I found other morons that share my interpretation of the 5th.
It was all interesting reading. Ill concede the weight of opinion is on your side but hold to my position.
Morons quite frequently prefer the company of other morons. I’d day you’re in good company, but you’re not. You’ve chosen to surround yourself with morons. And you’ve done it of your own free will.
You are an abrasive sort. To make you feel even more disagreeable and grumpy, I usually end up being way ahead of the curve, my positions becoming the status quo. On this issue, then, that will leave you only to complain about it to sooth your frustration.
Thank you. I've worked hard to become so.
There's a word for people like you who consider themselves ahead of the curve. That word is "progressive" and it is the antithesis of a conservative.
If you are OK with murdering babies in the womb, you are not a conservative.
Public hanging improve the moral and disposition of the citizenry.
mitt is out on the campaign trail cheerleading Romneycare, and yet your problem is with Akin?
You are not a serious person. Actually every election IS about the individual conscience of the voter. Or are you arguing for collectivism? I know that Akin isn't. But mitt is.
Every four years, some screeching nancy comes out and plays the fearmongering game complete with flailing arms. And Conservatives see their issues pushed to the side, the GOPers push an agenda to be liked by the media, and they never are, and then the RINO loses another election and the GOPers so desperate to be liked by Hollywood can't figure out why.
So now when a GOPer comes out screaming that it's the end of the world if we vote against abortion, all I can say is - "Not this time!"
I will vote Republican as I always do.
Does not compute.
Akin should have stuck to the economy and limited any Rape/Abortion questions by asking whether any child conceived through rape should be tracked down and slaughtered.
Oh, I'm as conservative as conservative can be, I assure you. On the death penalty, my view is a conservative postion. Your's is a Republican one.
What evidence do you have that I’m okay with murdering babies? If you took the time to read my other posts you would know that I am against abortion but this election will be won by Republicans on the basis of a better economy and jobs outlook, not abortion. The Democrats have learned not to run on gun control because they always lose elections when they do. It’s called playing to your strengths. You are way too sanctimonious in your name calling and you illustrate why I’m a conservative and not a Republican. If Republicans are at least as smart as Democrats, as they insist they are, then they should be able to learn this simple lesson and move on to victory.
Let’s review those in favor of the death penalty:
Thomas Jefferson: check
John Adams: check
James Madison: check
On your side, well...there’s you. So on one side we have the guys who actually wrote the Constitution. On the other, you and your Progressive pals.
You lose, again.
I wasnt trying to win. Been on FR a long time and every so often you run into people who think this is a place to fight. It is a place for conservatives to discuss issues and strenghten the conservative movement. Ive watched combative people like you turn people off and drive them away from this forum. Your liitle shots dont land on me. I would laugh at you but it is sad what your type does to erode the quality of this forum.
