Hurricanes down hit Tampa much. This hurricane has already turned west

1) Tampa's just been lucky recently. That luck will run out eventually.

2) Huh? 5 day forecast tracks aren't very accurate, but right now Tampa is smack in the middle of all of the model forecast tracks.

Maybe not right in the middle, but just to the East of the models. If this stays on track this will be a major hurricane so being just off the mark will only be marginally helpful. It will be over the very warm gulf waters longer.
