Are you kidding me? In case you aren't, it's midterm--halfway between conception and birth. Maybe it should be 4 months, I'm open to convincing. Maybe it should be 5, based on outside the womb viability with support. But, when abortion is deemed necessary, especially when there's been rape (or incest) it should be early.
