The whole episode was so senseless and needless. He didn’t need to say ANY of that. All he had to do was say he doen’t believe abortion is an approriate response to a rape induced pregnancy.

And Romney didn't need to say he enjoys being able to fire people or that he isn't concerned about the very poor. So if we're going to call for the resignation of everyone who says something stupid and unnecessary, do you agree we need to call for Romney to step down too?
