The attorney for the former Marine who was forced into a psychiatric ward for anti-government Facebook postings filed a petition Wednesday claiming law enforcement did not uphold Virginia laws for involuntary detentions.
The law requires that within four hours of detaining someone, you have to have a magistrate write a petition for a temporary restraining order, said John Whitehead, an attorney with the Rutherford Institute, the Virginia-based civil rights firm that is defending the ex-Marine. They didnt do that. That didnt happen.

Well, that and apparently for whatever he said in the chat, which .gov had to hack to get into to. FYI, I actually read most all Raub's posts on FB, and Mr. Whitehead is stating what I saw posted, generally speaking...Raub did post comments about his starting a revolution, and many of these types of comments were in tandem with videos of songs he posted. There were a couple kind of creepy comments, one was something like 'he's sharpening his axe and will be hacking some necks' (or something very close to that). Still, what I saw was free speech. He wasn't naming a specific day, date, or time for 'meetin' up to start' his revolution.
