16 may be the age of “Consent” in Minnesota; but what is the Age of CONTRACT? This Congress Critter entered into a contract with the 17 year old.
I don’t know a 16 year old who is mature enough to have sex. I know they do, but they’re children. These “age of consent” laws are just greenlighting creeps to victimize already victimized kids.
Imagine a 17 year old so psychologically traumatized he’d seek out a complete stranger from Craigslist for “no strings attached” sex. The kid needs help not perversion.
