Ramey does a marvelous job as Scarpia.
But here’s how its REALLY done. Its just a recording with a montage of stills, but this is the “Te Deum” sung by Leonard Warren from that legendary RCA recording...which BTW I just checked was recorded in 1957, not 1960. My apologies,
The conductor is Erich Leinsdorff and the Rome Opera House orchestra.

Right in the middle of Verdi’s “Il Forza del Destino” after his big aria.
Unless you’re a performing artist you wouldn’t understand that this is the way we ALL want to go. I mean think about it.....bringing the house down and getting thunderous applause - then exit stage right - for good. That’s how one becomes a legend.

Yep. Look for everybody ‘s taxes to go up soon to make up for decreasing revenues from cigarette taxes. They’ll raise taxes on soda, bottled water, laundry detergent and wood furniture to name a few.
Wood furniture?
Do they still make that? /s
