This is a nuisance suit. The expectation is that Disney will quietly settle this. Only Disney is renown for maintaining grooming & personal appearance standards. So maybe not?

They'll move her to an appropriate theme site where she will be in costume.

I lived for years in So Calif.

This is NOT the first lawsuit against Disney for personal appearances.

Disney has won all the prior suits, IIRC, because they consider their employees a part of the overall ENTERTAINMENT that Disney is providing at their theme parks and they want each employee in each job to represent what that job entails.

If you are working in FrontierLand, you will be expected to look the part, etc. Same for Cinderella’s castle.

This woman worked there for a number of months.

Disney is VERY CLEAR about pre-employment information & what is expected in your daily appearance.

This woman will lose, IMO, and Disney will not make a settlement.
That would open the door to hundreds of other Muslims trying the same trick for free money.
