...and my point here is, wether or not you agree with laws, you don’t get to be judge jury and executioner, which apparently this nutjob wants to be...he should be run out of the state.

Don’t like abortion? work to change the laws - threatening to kill people who do legally protected things because you don’t happen to agree with them makes you a terrorist, not a sheriff.

According to the Nuremburg precedent, a government official is guilty of murder if he allows murder to occur under color of unjust law. According to the natural law tradition our nation was founded upon, unjust laws do not bind.

I don’t think it’s prudent for a local sheriff to use force against a decision of the Supreme Court. We saw what happened when that was done in the 1950’s, and the outcome would be the same today even though justice is no longer on the side of the Court.

Years from now, our children will indict the sheriffs who did nothing today anyway.
