He’ll need your 1026B card for tax purposes...

Probably the best pre-race and race of the season. Crowd was into it and the drivers had little or no patience. I’d done better but people keep copying my drivers and ruining my Chi. Expected better of Kaz but Danica made a few thousand fans tonight. Tony turned into a Tiger and I have a feeling they’ll be some pay back next week. Tri-tip was great and had new potatoes, beans and sautéed onions from the garden.

Onto Hotlanta but there might be a wee problem w/a hurricane rains hitting starting Thursday. Perhaps the rains will be over; it’ll be a late start on Sunday too -

Yeah the local weather folks are already talking about storm remnants affecting the US National drags here in Indy next weekend.

That’s a, er, drag. A lot of media hype over this (now) tropical storm.

I’d give Gordon the edge for a wild-cardspot. He seems to be running well lately + staying out of harms way. Of course anything can happen and probably will.

HD2, I would rather copy your race picks than TBs picks. I thought TB would be better since I heard he was an experienced drag racer. Or maybe I heard wrong and he was experienced racing in drag.

I’ll respond to that when I can find batteries for my hearing... aides

Na-na-na-na-na. I’m not going there. I might need a dry dog-house if I’m ever down TB’s way again. I will say that I threw several races last year do to deliberate lousy picks on my part cause TB was copying my selections and I wanted to teach him a lesson.

I’m curious as to what penalty Stewart is gonna get. If’n its hefty it might be like pi sing off a hungry bear.

I must say Bristol looks like one heck of a place to watch a race and I’d like to have that next on our schedule. We hit two this year (Vegas & Sonoma) and that’s one more then we normally go to. I’d like to pencil the Spring race in but our schedule for ‘13 won’t be fixed until after the 1st of the year.

Our visibility was 1/4 mile today do smoke from the fires in the area. Probably as bad as I’ve seen it but the fire’s are several miles away from us so it could be worse.

Lots of fog here this morning and some of it is outside. Got a sick dog and trying to get into the vet asap...

Lotta fog inside here this morning also. Got up at 2:40 and stumbled around for awhile. Hope the Dolly Dog is OK. Smoke rolled in then back out again as a cold system is due to hit tonight. Been outside doing clean up as we’re back on the road tomorrow.
