If Mitt Romney wins in November, he and a Republican Congress will fast track legislation early next year to replace across the board defense cuts with cuts to food stamps and other programs for needy Americans. I smell B.S.

Agreed. This is a slime job. Ryan’s quote only points to avoiding the defense cuts. Its says nothing about where the money will come from. The food stamp lie was supplied by the reporter.
