I asked a teacher here why are they not teaching handwriting and she said they have bene told no more.
When I was at school I was taught handwriting but never thought about it but now I’m older I think having neat handwriting is very important and nice handwriting with the fountain pen is like an art.
Even letters from Robert E Lee to Lincoln all had nice writing.
A school near me opened and the kids get an I-Pad each , no more text books or writing.
If I ever get time I wouldn’t mind taking a class teaching an old style writing.
