I've had the stern talks with my daughter and even joked about disowning her, but I can't understand behavior like this.
Oh, so they're phonies, eh?
While the brutality of such stories makes the headlines, you have to wonder how much erosion is taking place to such primitive, barbaric customs.
As the expression used to go, “You have not converted a man because you have silenced him.”
The savagery of Islam is dependent on ignorance of alternatives by its followers, and their being no other choices to escape to.
At the time Islam came to be, it represented civility, at least compared to the alternatives, and this was its selling point. Even a peasant could tell that it was a better way to live than the way he was living.
However the rest of the world changed and got much, much better, and far more civil, but Islam did not.
So Muslims are stuck. Their traditions tell them that Islam is much, much better than anything else. But their own eyes tell them a different story. That everybody else has better lives than they do, and that their lives suck.
They are no longer the civilized people. They are the barbarians. No, it is not better to treat women like farm animals. No, it is not better to have a legal system based on whim. No, death is not better than life.
In fact, most of everything they do sucks.
Yet when they come to the western world, they do so with the idea of converting civilized people to barbarism. Not an easy sales pitch. But it goes to my original point.
You have to wonder how much erosion is taking place to such primitive, barbaric customs. How many Muslims are smart enough to realize that there is a much better way to live than Islam. That all their nasty, tribal customs are crude, self-defeating and stupid.
And this is something that won’t make the papers. Every time a Muslim does the math, and decides to walk away, they lose another brick in the wall.
Lucky for her she is in the UK else she would have been buried up to her neck in the sand and stoned to death by a rabid crowd of islamist.
