When (if) Spanier is indicted, the fact that he now has a fed gov job is not likely to sway a jury who has had the opportunity to see how the PSU administration at all levels sole interest was to “preserve the integrity” of their football program because of all the money and prestige it brought and to hell with a few disadvantaged young boys!
