At least the hurricane is actually nearby this time, they cancelled the first day 4 years ago while in Minnesota out of “respect” aka fear the media would slime them if they went ahead with scheduled business despite the stupid weather somewhere else. Just imagine, a Black guy could lose his house and there’s John McCain “partying”.

As for this time I don’t understand why it was dangerous yesterday but not today.

Whatever, the good news is it means that clown Trump’s Monday speech was CANCELLED.

Loved some lib article I read that went “A small, but significant, segment of Republican voters believe extreme weather is more than a random interaction of atmospheric forces. When hurricanes or droughts or earthquakes inflict suffering on humanity, these folks take it as a sign of God’s punishment.”

Odd, you never hear about the small but significant portion of the rat party that thinks that George Bush put TNT under the World Trade Center and personally murdered James Byrd in 1998.
