A group of ex-Navy SEALs wants the Obama administration to use any means available to halt publication of a new book detailing the Osama bin Laden raid.

Scott Taylor, president of the Special Ops OPSEC Education Fund, called on Attorney General Eric Holder to get an injunction against the publication of "No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama bin Laden."

Hmmm...first the media portrays this book as critical of Obama, because it refutes his claim of responsibility.

Now, we here from an “Anti-Obama” group of SEALs that the book may actually “help” Obama, AND that the risk of revealing OpSec is too high.

Anybody feel like they have a clear picture on this?

T’ain’t easy without being able to read the book.....

"No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama bin Laden."

Will the book list all of The Kenyan Commando's heroics?

Exciting accounts of how Obama:

* piloted the lead helicopter flying VFR in total darkness;

* put the bird on whisper-mode autohover;

* Australian-rapelled into the courtyard with a crew-served weapon in each hand;

* stopped a three-round burst with his sculpted abs;

* kicked down every door with a head butt;

* took out Bin Laden single-handedly with a double-tap of .50 cal hollow-point tracer rounds; AND

* recorded the whole event with a camcorder strapped to his schlong!

Harvey Weinstein’s plan to release Bin Laden death film ahead of U.S. elections set to infuriate Republicans

Hollywood heavyweight (and Democrat supporter) to bring out Code Name Geronimo before Zero Dark Thirty

Republicans fear both films will boost Barack Obama’s popularity with voters

Sony already pressured to put back Zero Dark Thirty release date

A dramatic film about the assassination of Osama Bin Laden could be controversially released before the U.S presidential elections in November, it has emerged.

Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein - a supporter of the Democratic Party - is in negotiations to buy Code Name Geronimo at the Cannes Film Festival.

It is believed the film producer will release the film in late September or October - which is likely to infuriate President Obama’s Republican opponents.

Footage from the film was shown for the first time in Cannes on Wednesday. It is directed by John Stockwell.

The film tells the story of the manhunt for Osama Bin Laden and the efforts of the Navy Seals.

It is in the final stages of production and its asking price is rumoured to be $2million.

THE SEAL ETHOS/CREED
In times of war or uncertainty there is a special breed of warrior ready to answer our Nation’s call. A common man with uncommon desire to succeed. Forged by adversity, he stands alongside America’s finest special operations forces to serve his country, the American people, and protect their way of life. I am that man.
My Trident is a symbol of honor and heritage. Bestowed upon me by the heroes that have gone before, it embodies the trust of those I have sworn to protect. By wearing the Trident I accept the responsibility of my chosen profession and way of life. It is a privilege that I must earn every day.
My loyalty to Country and Team is beyond reproach. I humbly serve as a guardian to my fellow Americans always ready to defend those who are unable to defend themselves. I do not advertise the nature of my work, nor seek recognition for my actions. I voluntarily accept the inherent hazards of my profession, placing the welfare and security of others before my own.
I serve with honor on and off the battlefield. The ability to control my emotions and my actions, regardless of circumstance, sets me apart from other men. Uncompromising integrity is my standard. My character and honor are steadfast. My word is my bond.
We expect to lead and be led. In the absence of orders I will take charge, lead my teammates and accomplish the mission. I lead by example in all situations.
I will never quit. I persevere and thrive on adversity. My Nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down, I will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my teammates and to accomplish our mission. I am never out of the fight.
We demand discipline. We expect innovation. The lives of my teammates and the success of our mission depend on me - my technical skill, tactical proficiency, and attention to detail. My training is never complete.
We train for war and fight to win. I stand ready to bring the full spectrum of combat power to bear in order to achieve my mission and the goals established by my country. The execution of my duties will be swift and violent when required yet guided by the very principles that I serve to defend.
Brave men have fought and died building the proud tradition and feared reputation that I am bound to uphold. In the worst of conditions, the legacy of my teammates steadies my resolve and silently guides my every deed. I will not fail.

In short, I don’t believe that any of these SEALs have read the book so they have no idea what it reveals, or does not.

Hey Seals, while you guys were away fighting for freedom the DOJ and its leader have been undoing freedom in this country. Asking them to do the right thing is laughable. They wouldn’t prosecute black panthers who intimidated voters, they supplied Mexican drug cartels with weapons which resulted in hundreds of deaths, they did not investigate Solyndra and other pet Obama companies who went bankrupt after kickbacks to Obama and the RATS, they refused to go after Jon Corzine a big RAT donor who bilked a fund out of a billion bucks,they stayed mute when leaks were coming from the WH about the wacking of Bin Laden. This DOJ and Holder are above the law so don’t ask them to do the right thing, unless it helps them politically.

My first reaction to that story was to reach toward my iPad and buy/download the e-book form ASAP (if it’s that revealing, it’s a must-have).
Stopped short realizing the retailer (be it Amazon, iBooks, etc.) have been known to retroactively un-publish books, deleting them from customers e-readers.

Hmmm...$13, get & read it quick...

The Alex Jones/Ron Paul wackos think this book "No Easy Day" is a conspiracy and was written by Obama operatives as disinformation to hide the "fact" that Osama-b-L died of Marfan syndrome disease in 2002.

Furthermore, there was a conspiracy at Fox News to create false author information, thus aiding the real conspiracy.

Adding to the conspiracy is the conspiracy of Amazon.com who threatens to either remove the book, or delay its release. Not sure if this conspiracy is actually part of the main conspiracy, but if it isn't, that too may be a conspiracy.

For up-to-the-minute conspiracies, be sure to visit InfoWars.com.....BYOP (bring your own popcorn).
