Considering how fast and loose old Jerry is driving his state into the ground, I imagine quite a lot new retreads. Treads as in the marks left by those monster truck competitions. Just image a giant(think mountain sized) Big Foot or equivalent driving over everything in the state leaving chaos and lunacy behind.
