Are you saying that a minority faction of 25 percent or so does not count? Perhaps that 25 percent should completely abandon the GOP and start a third party. It would be guaranteed the GOP would never win another election. Of course I’m all for a strong third party that does not include the traitors of the elite. Rule 12 allows the Republican National Committee (with only a 3/4 vote) the power to amend the party’s rules without a vote by the full Republican National Convention, without any input from grassroots, delegates, and state leadership.
