This kid, 17 years old, is the youngest delegate at the GOP convention. He is mind blowing articulate, espousing conservative values.
I'm almost wondering if he will be the mystery speaker this evening. In fact, I'll be surprised if he isn't.
Nothing there yet, but there others of him..

I’ve seen this dance before. Let’s see what song he is singing in ten years.
He has a great future ahead.
They finally posted the Megyn Kelly interview.
Exactly. I wish the kid well but let’s see where he is in 10 years. We don’t need to build these kids up into political superstars.
Teens are capable of doing amazing things.
From http://www.boundless.org/2005/articles/a0001387.cfm :
It is no coincidence that the same Samuel Adams who organized the Boston Tea Party at age 51 wrote his master’s thesis in defense of the people’s liberties at age 21.
It is no coincidence that David Farragut, who became the U.S. Navy’s first Admiral at age 65, was given command of his first ship at age 12.
It is no coincidence that Alexander Hamilton, who became our nation’s first Secretary of the Treasury at age 34, was a clerk in a counting house at age 13.
Likewise, it is no coincidence that, as the primary author of the Federalist Papers at age 32, Hamilton had already been publishing political pamphlets since he was 19.
And, of course, it is no surprise that the same George Washington who became the Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Army at age 43, was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Virginia Militia 20 years earlier.
Whatever his future holds, I’ll give you 10:1 odds we won’t be seeing him in uniform in any capacity. Any takers?
What’s your point?
I’ll remain the optimist and hope his enthusiasm and energy is infectious.
Thats great but I must say I am uninspired by the whole convention.
Maybe the Paulies could breakout into a fistfight with someone like, oh I don’t know, Karl Rove and a few other rinos.as just an example.
:)
After taking in 2016:Obama’s America, last night, I had my first Chick Fil A . A spicy deluxe. I’m sold on them and will be back.
After seeing 2016, I’ve shifted my perspective of 0bama and his policies. I thought he was simply a marxist/socialist. Now I think his ambitions are much more insidious and dangerous to the American way of life.
I had my first Chick Fil A
Try their Banana Pudding Milkshake...D-lish.
As for Ibama I suspected him from the moment Teddy “the swimmer” Kennedy embraced him.
Besides, there was just to much information that was/is ignored or dismissed.
Plus all the internet hacks (likely many were paid ops) that made nearly a decade campaign out of destroying Bush.
While Ibama could do no wrong?
There was a stink about Ibama no matter how they tried to cover for his past.
To all the doubting douchebags on this thread, just remember YOUR grandparents thought your generation was a turd to be flushed too...
I’ll remain the realist and assume he’ll feel above serving in uniform, like most YR’s I’ve run across.
Unlike YD’s???
I would not expect to see any military service among YD’s; it’s not something their party extols and celebrates. I would for instance, expect to find large numbers of sodomites however and I know among the YD’s in Massachusetts they are certainly flamboyantly and proudly represented. Sadly, the same is true for YR’s here...
