I believe recent statistics show more whites in DC than blacks. I heard and read this last year when I lived in the area. It’s probably one of those unintended consequences of the Obama Presidency. More government. More white liberals to lord it over their fellow citizens. High pay for the Liberal Lords. Gentrification. Higher prices for homes. Fewer blacks able to afford the homes as property values rise. The blacks move out. White Liberal professional propagandists, Chrissy Matthews, can claim for the race-conscious Liberals that he’s from the hood even as its demographics are being changed to be more and more white.
As a white person who once lived in Washington DC...during the reign of crack-smoking mayor Marion Barry...I can tell Chrissie is lying.
With the nasty looks, racist insults, and threats of violence you got from 3/4 of the black community there...you would never even consider being a Democrat or Liberal. I probably would be dead if it wasn’t for the 1/4 of the black community there who were upstanding people.
