I noticed there was no reference in any speech to Tea Party, grass roots or conservative {except for 1 mention by Clint Eastwood]. I am afraid he will do to the conservatives what his father helped do to the Goldwater conservatives, John Birchers and others. George Romney attacked them as being racists nuts and dangerous whackos. Romney will do all he can to undercut any move to the right.
John Birchers (Eisenhower is part of the Communist Conspiracy) were nuts.
I am pretty sure Ted Cruz mentioned the tea party and all the Republican victories in the last couple of years...
