“”This seat is taken.”

Just an incredibly lame response from the President of the United States to make. Amazing.
I didn't think Clints thing was even that good. But it bothered Obama, and he responded like a guilty 8 year old.

"This seat is taken."

I believe Eastwood's response to that was built into his speech already.

To paraphrase "We own that seat!"

I’m in agreement. Clint made some pretty good hits but it was not all that wonderful as far as entertainment consumption goes. However, it did get under the obastard gang’s skin. The whole affair got deeply under their skin.

The response by the obastard gang? A President of the United States tweeting in response? You gotta be kidding me. Just about a childish as you can become. Expected and typical.

I hope to see the barbs to be driven deeper, twisted and broken off at the hilt if it gets to them like this.

It wasn't lame. It was petulant and vindictive. It was a slap in the face of every American who are the actual owners of that chair. We own the chair, not him, yet he strove to claim it as his own. Well, we'll see, won't we?

As to Eastwood, he was masterful. Don't be fooled by his appearance and delivery. I suspect that was staged just as the chair was a prop. Eastwood's a senior, and he played the senior, having a sit-down-moment with his wayward relation. It was a woodshed moment.

The chair didn't represent Obama's absence, it represented an administration empty of ideas, of progress, of a plan, empty of representative government.

And Eastwood used Obama's responses to show his disdain for the American people as a whole. His real character as opposed to his MSM created image. Really, a masterful performance.
