Aside from being a big liar about the plans for the trip being already scheduled .. the trip to the Southern states was never planned by Obama BECAUSE .. they were all REPUBLICAN STATES - with Republican Governors, and Obama didn’t want to help them.

The real disgrace .. a lot of the people in the states hit by Isaac were black and did vote for him and still he didn’t have the character to care for them.
