Did not see Boner. Was he really crocked?
Out of his MIND! at least two of the three nights, especially last night....horribly slurred speech, glazed over eyes,...reached for and damn near missed the gavel..TWICE.
He was an embarrassment!And what is worse....he was bumbling around during the time Cardinal Dolan was on stage for the benediction!
Let’s put it this wayl...if he WASN’T drunk, he was having a stroke before our very eyes!
