LOL... it’s obvious that the government lawyers do not want to cross swords with Sheriff Joe in a courtroom. There are too many crafty ways a lawyer can get things into evidence, and once those balls start rolling, things can get mighty scary for THE WON.

Yes...because unlike the civil lawsuits....Arpaio can bring up the Birth Cert/Eligibiliy issue without the “does not have standing” horse excrement judges have been using.
And, a President who may not be legally allowed to hold an office...cannot legally order to do anything while in that capacity
