Thanks for the perspective.

Not long ago Iran was a nation that worked openly with the US. Hard to imagine a nation growing out of Persian culture, but conquered by Islam, could slip so far into the cesspool.

The evil called Islam, makes all their neighbors crazy. That is, those who are not conquered by Islam.

Obozo wants to take us down the same path. The very idea that he would have 20,000 Muslims involved with the Dem National Convention. Unfortunately the press largely ignored that.

FUBO!

Another perspective:

We really won’t know or have any real proof of what the majority of Iranians in Iran are or will be, until the mullahs & their lackeys/minions are killed or permanently gone from Iran. And, they will be, sooner or later.

Thereafter will be the only time Iranians in Iran will be able to CHOOSE of their own volition.

But, I can tell you for sure that the longer the mullahs et al stay in Iran, the less Iranians will be inherently moslems (shia in particular).

Iran was much more of a religious, shia, moslem country especially *inwardly* during the late-Shah than it is now.

The new generations in Iran, since the mullahs regime & since the Shah, have had the opportunity to live under a TRUE Islamic regime, experience, and also via the internet & otherwise do research into their pre-Islamic past.

They are much more discerning than they were during, let’s say, my generation under the Shah. My generation & just the previous one did not experience Islam it is full “glory” so to speak. We experienced a type of benevolent, kind, UNreal (shia) Islam, which was make-believe.

Most don’t realize, but there is also another unspoken tradition/rule for the *Average* Iranian, part of its ongoing culture from long ago, about faith or religious belief, that faith is & should be held privately, whatever it may be. One does not flaunt or impose it.

You may defend it if absolutely required, but you do not impose it on others. Even the pre-Islamic Sassanid Empire were aware & never went as far as the mullahs.

The fact that the Mullahs’ regime have deliberately dictated & enforced religious beliefs is UNacceptable, goes against the well-embedded, pre-Islamic culture & tradition, which still hold very strong grounds even after so many centuries of foreign invasions & instability in Iran.
