What I find interesting about this is that the "unilateral operation" may not only have been carried out by Australian troops without any oversight from NATO or the U.S. -- but may have been carried out by Australian troops on their own without the knowledge of their own superiors.

Ever since that strange incident involving U.S. SSgt. Bales and the alleged massacre of a couple of families near his base in Afghanistan, I've suspected that the U.S. and NATO countries are coping with a lot of unauthorized operations by troops over there.

When terrorists struck Israel what did they do to the remaining members of families of those terrorists paid by Saddam ? If that was our policy the shite would stop quickly
