Agree.
Her stupidity was then on full display as she then said that the GOP was right to request Akin's resignation for his views on that one issue -- the one issue that she just said that women aren't single-minded about. duplicity.
I'll bet there is one issue that she avoids like the plague: Hewlett Packard.
Depending upon what the voting was about, Akin is a decent man he would not take out his personal feelings on an important vote. Some politicians do have integrity.
I think ethics requires a person TO REPORT THAT TO THE AUTHORITIES
But you don't think so?
'splain your logic ~
Had Rove and many others been really intrested in saving the Republic and growing and making the Republican party stronger they would have welcomed the tea party people into the Republican party, a large group willing to contribute money, effort, and time. Apparently despite what Rove has said it’s the Conservative angle he can’t handle.
If I’d have been there when Fat Boy said it, I’d have walked out.
Me too.
It was obviously a wise crack and everyone was laughing about it. It wasn’t a real death threat, and you know that.
There's a reason this sort of thing is prohibited by law.
past the fact a federal judge was successfully assassinated by a Leftwingtard greaseball
....just another psycho killer assasin taking out the Fed Judge who was early on investigating FAST and FURIOUS gunrunning by 0baMao/Holder crooks so to gin up the revolution on the border. Oh prob just another coinkidink...
ymmv
At least pick him up and question him. He’s deranged. Who knows what he might do?
But aside from that, he’s hurting the Republican brand. Every Republican, from Romney on down, should disavow him and shun him.
Newspapers should drop his columns and both radio and TV should drop him.
Everyone at that meeting should hurry to consult with their lawyers regarding what kind of guilty plea to enter.
Todd Akin was not being pushed out of the Senate race for his comments...he was being pushed out for his pro-life stance
Notice that after the Karl Rove comment...all the PhonyCons on here calling for Akin to drop out have kind of disappeared?
Threatening the life of a House member, even off-handed, is worse than a mis-speak of a type of rape.
Real Conservatives want Karl Rove removed from the party and kicked off of Fox News. People have lost their jobs for a lot worse
MEET THE PRESS transcript - - -
September 2: Rahm Emanuel, Newt Gingrich, Carly Fiorina, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Tom Friedman, Tom Brokaw
MR. GINGRICH: Let me just take a second, I disagree with Carly, I— I think Todd Akin was the choice of the people in Missouri, and Todd Akin has publicly apologized. And I think that— and the last poll show hes beaten the Democratic senator. I think that we ought to go on from that, Karl Rove said some terrible things on Friday for which he has apologized which should remind us, people make mistakes. Vice president of the United States
GREGORY: He was joking about if he shows up and murdered someone.
MR. GINGRICH: No. In— in— in the age of Gabby Giffords, it is not a joke
GREGORY: Yeah.
MR. GINGRICH: to say that a member of congress ought to get murdered.
GREGORY: Yeah.
MR. GINGRICH: And— and— and— Im— Im frankly, fed up, with the one-sided bias, okay. Let me give you two examples. Vice president of the United States goes to a black audience and says if the Republicans win you will be in chains. Now, where is the— how can Biden remain as vice president? Where is the outrage over overt, deliberate racism? And we talk about people saying things they ought to get off tickets. How come Biden shouldnt get off the ticket?
.....
MR. GINGRICH: Look, when— when a majority of the people of Missouri on Friday, in the latest PPP poll said he should stay on (unintelligible) majority of Democrats, majority of Republicans, majority of independents. He won the primary. Now for Washington figures, remember, the same Washington figures who last time wanted to kick off Marco Rubio for Charlie Crist who will be in Charlotte, I just think people ought to be a little cautious about saying the voters of Missouri dont count.

I am 73 and have never made a *wise crack* about murdering someone...its never funny....Also when story’s come up about the woman shot (D), they never mention at the same shooting a judge (R) was killed...
