(video) HBO's Bill Maher debates Dinesh D'Souza about his anti-Obama documentary, "Obama's America."
Maher also argues with D'Souza about the comments he made about 9/11 that cost him his job with ABC.

I tried but I could only stand about three minutes. Dinesh does about as well as anyone could under the circumstances. I wouldn’t be able to restrain my impulse to shoot him.
I , somehow , managed to watch the entire 9 minutes . I fell exactly as you do , though , about , well , you know .
Worthless clip to watch. Maher is like a prop comedian like carrot top. He throws out lines that panders to the audience and then says F Bush or whatever to have crowd drown out his guest. I couldnt sit through it, you should be more discerning about what you post .
Maher peppered D’Souza with numerous distortions, never letting him answer them. When that happens, one forgets the numerous allegations which never get refuted. This is the tactic that bullies like Maher use to boost their ego.
“Creams” is a huge overstatement here. He somewhat held his own. I’d love to see that smarmy little twerp Maher get his head kicked in (verbally), but D’Souza certainly didn’t do that here. He did come off as good natured and affable, whereas Maher came off as his usual obnoxious self.
That video showed me why I NEVER watch Maher. The man is not a human being.

D’Souza calmly pointed out that Obama had written a 500 page book titled “Dreams From My Father” explicitly embracing the father's anti-colonial views.
Maher, whose question was so stupid that it proved that he had obviously not seen the movie or read the book, was actually momentarily speechless and the audience was holding gasping for a second before Maher launched into a diversionary line of bombastic questioning.
I call that getting creamed. I scored this encounter on the many points that D’Souza was able to get across despite the hysterics from Maher and his delusional audience.
What I love about Dinesh is that unlike so many conservative intellectuals, he isn’t a coward.
He will go straight into the lion’s den.
Liberals are evil and will always fight dirty, but Dinesh plows ahead anyway.
Got to respect that.
Exactly, and for FReepers who can make it to the end of the video Dinesh effectively shames Maher for trying to squirm out of his cowardly comment that US military are cowards for using drones and then trying to claim that Dinesh said “the same thing.”

Dinesh did fine. Maher was trying to rattle him by playing off his jeering peanut gallery, but Dinesh never lost his train of thought nor his composure.
I won’t watch but I did hear audio of how old George Will kicked Mahers arsch last week and it was a joy to see that lying sack stammering.
Bill maher makes me feel like a bad Jew because sometimes I think about how I will feel when the news announces that he was found (alone) to have passed away. All that goes through my head is that Lily Allen song, “Smile.”
Maher uses the old interrupt and not let the Dinesh speak routine. Pretty worthless interview in front of his stacked zombies.

There is a time as we grow up where we finally understand the difference between finding out what is true and finding rationalizations for what our feelings want to be true. Maher isn’t there yet.
He really is a bad stand up. Here is the thing though. YEARS ago he did an HBO stand up that was pretty anti-PC. He trashed the left’s speech codes and enviromental policies. Then several years later he pops up with a show about politics and he’s hard core nasty left winger. So odd.
Anyway this is all you need to know about Maher; he’s a coke head and whore chaser. One of his ex-girlfriends is a black groupie who has the nickname ‘Supa Head’..for all the favors she did for hiphop and rap artists back stage and on sets of videos.
Maher has to have every STD under the sun.
