“Do you realize that if obama is reelected, we will likely never be the same country again? Do you think we have the luxury to take that chance?”

Do you realize that we will likely never be the same country again, because we’re looking at at least 8 years of progressive anti-conservative rule by whoever we elect?

Welcome to Europe! All your scare mongering is in vain, because you think that, somehow, electing a pathological liar with an (R) by their name will change things. It’s the ultimate foolishness by someone who has far too much faith in politics, and far too little regard for the obvious injustice of our current predicament. Certainly, God cares for justice and will not bless such a corrupt and blind nation as us.

“Romney wants to defund planned parenthood, shrink government, strengthen the military, stand up to Iran, renew ties with our traditional allies (those whom Obama has scorned), and wants to rebuild the economy by reducing taxes, government spending and government regulation.”

You must believe in fairies too! Can you explain to me what Romney is going to do to “shrink” government when the Republican narrative right now is that the REPUBLICANS can do healthcare reform without cutting medicare? Maybe you can also tell me where Jimmy Hoffa was buried too.

“Romney facing Tea Party majorities in both Houses in Congress is a cooperative Romney...they have the mandate not him and if they can vote out RINOs Boehner and McConnell from the leadership all may be well.”

Just like Romney was facing tea party opposition at the convention but still managed to get through rule changes to kick CONSERVATIVES out of the process. You’ll be voting for Mittens in 2016, and if you don’t like it then you support Hillary Clinton. ABH! ABH! ABH!

And you don’t realize the dems don’t care about your reasoning and rationalizations. Given power they will happily drive the bus over all of us.

Making specious arguments equating the marxist kenyan and Romney shows that the problem here isn’t Romney....

Your presumption that people who oppose liberal Romney are pro-obama is funny.
Now run along sonny.

Good! Let the revolution begin. If not for Obama, the tea party movement would not have awoken. Let them poke the dragon and see what they get. With Romney, you’ve already compromised and surrendered the fight on... well, basically everything, though many of you still hold on to the delusion that Mittens really isn’t a progressive freak with big progressive plans for the country.

Trying to hide behind JimRob as you make your Pro-Obama attacks against us Conservatives was tried a few weeks ago and I had to warn them, don’t ever, ever try to compare yourself to the founder of this site, stand up like a man or what ever you are. Don’t say “I’m not pro abortion, I’m pro choice or I’m not Pro-Obama, I’m just anti Romney. That’s just chicken sh*t.

I’m not hiding behind Jim. I’m just pointing out that if he wasn’t the owner of the forum, you’d accuse him of being a liar and a deceiver (the way Mittens actually is) too because he doesn’t drink the Romney koolaid. Of course, you wouldn’t dare follow the logic of your own arguments up to Jim, because the chicken is you.

Hey, lets keep kicking Romney. There must be more out there that would make your candidate look better, keep looking. You know we have a candidate, not what everyone wanted but it is Romney and no amount of crying will change that. Now enough bitching might beat Romney but then you have to look at the alternative. Deep down I think all you out there carping that Romney isn't perfect are really looking for more nanny state. Maybe Mommy needs you too.

Well, so much for conservatives keeping Romney's feet to the fire.

There will never be an appropriate time to criticize Romney with the Republican-Party-first crowd. After the election, the battle cry will be "we can't have a failed Republican President." As the mid-term elections approach, criticism will construed as helping the Democrats gain in Congress. Then as the 2016 election approaches, any criticism will be construed as support for whoever the 2016 bogeyman is.

I hope psychoanalysis is your hobby and not your profession. Those of us opposed to Romney are far more opposed to a nanny state than those who will support a Republican progressive to remove a Democrat progressive. We won't pull the lever for a progressive even if he has an R behind his name. In many ways supporting a nanny-state Republican is worse than supporting a nanny-state Democrat since the Republican will put the Republican seal of approval on the nanny-state proposals and institutionalize them so that the liberal gains will be permanent.

Romney agrees with 85% of our position.

85%? You can't be serious. 15% is generous. If you really agree with 85% of Romney's positions, you're in the wrong party.

Hey fool, you’re the one supporting the PROGRESSIVE and swapping spit with Karl Rove and the GOPe. Have fun with that disgusting stuff, but I won’t join in no matter how much you accuse me of supporting Obama.

I don’t have to accuse you and your tag team pal svcw of supporting Obama, it’s obvious to everyone on this site. You can never bring yourself to critize “the One” not ever. You sneak in our camp like a snake and frag anyone who has a chance to take your man down. They have names for your kind, and it ain’t nice.

Romney said he would repeal and REPLACE ObamaCare. He recently stated how proud he is of RomneyCare. Gee I wonder what he will replace it with.

So as president he'd replace a federal program with a state program but wait, he'd be president not governor so each state would have to do its own thing. Oh no! There goes your argument,
