Nearly 16 months after first pledging to help Egypt’s failing economy, the Obama administration is nearing an agreement with the country’s new government to relieve $1 billion of its debt as part of an American and international assistance package intended to bolster its transition to democracy, administration officials said.

“transition to democracy.” At least they haven’t lost their sense of humor.
So, is Obama going to borrow a billion dollars from the Chinese to lend to the Egyptian Muslim fanatics? How does this guy have the right to do that, and why isn’t the House of Representatives attempting to stop him? Oh, I forgot Boehner is off at the local gin mill, or is he at the beach working on his tan?
Democracy my ass! How is he being allowed to fund the enemy with our tax money?
My economy is failing too. How bout a few bucks for me? Not too much, just the small bills that won’t fit into the suit cases.
At least I’d say thank you for it.
I thought they had elections already. Seems like they got it down. No need to send them more money.
