California has FROZEN all new admissions applications to the University of California system (state owned) for California residents because it can take in out of state students & charge higher tuition.
California residents have paid property taxes for years, which support the California university system, only to now have their offspring denied entrance to a state owned & run school!!!
I hope the lawsuits are many & varied.
It is outright theft, IMO.
In this case the state gov is just as nutty.

What is so disgusting about Illegal Alien Amnesty people that so many International Students come here legally, pay all the visa fees, full tuition, health insurance (non-US students must have it), and are limited to 19 hrs per week employment.
The Illegal Alien rights people want to give Criminal Illegal Aliens rights that honest, legal International Students do not get.
