So funny. Let’s see if the “Fact Checkers” will come out and tell us that the unemployment rate was so low in the country at that time that even being #47 out of 50 states meant your state was doing well, basically. You’re correct, there isn’t much of a population left to employee when the rate gets so to a low level. Especially in small cities like Boston.

At 4-1/2% you’re basically at what economists think of as “full employment”, at least in a country with as many benefits for not working as ours.
