First day of the DNC. Should be VERY interesting. I wonder how many they are busing in to fill the convention center?

Before I forget...A friend of mine in NW Ohio was at his county fair over the weekend. He was amazed at the Democrat booth. No BO signs, banners, pins or literature! NONE! When he asked there was very little enthusiasm for BO!

Meanwhile he had to stand in line at the Repiblican booth and everything they had was going FAST!

I didn’t make it to our county fair this year. I worked at the Republican booth several years. I’ll have to ask how the two booths (Repub & Dem) did. I do know that one lawyer who stops in our office (democrat) - normally a loud mouth - is very quiet these days!

Not the Canfield fair. We used to go to that all the time and it was great. When oldest son was maybe 8 years old we took him into a sideshow where a woman in a cage changes into a gorilla.

Of course eventually the gorilla gets enraged, breaks out and charges the audience. We were right in front and when it happened youngest son ran, was out the door and I had to chase him all the way down the midway, LOL!

Anyway my frind is south of Toledo...I think the town is Wausseon.
