I just don’t think we have that level of threat from our welfare classes.You might want to rethink that... having taught kids who's parents collect their entitlements, I can tell you that as a group, when they see something they want, they just take it. No boundries, no respect for themselves or anyone else, and a LOT of violent behavior.
