I know your question is rhetorical, but there is only one he could be--I don't think he is. Of Revelation 4's four horsemen, only one of them is human: The first one, the rider of the first horse. That rider is likely the Antichrist: The second, third and fourth horsemen are figurative: war, famine, death, in that order.

But if Barack IS the Antichrist, then he is doomed to an eternity in hell.

(The reason I don't think he is is because the Antichrist signs a peace treaty with the Jewish people that begins the seven year Tribulation period. I don't think that will happen now or in the foreseeable future [I use that figuratively--I can't see into the future, LOL], because Barack has no Jewish political capital left.)
