Not sure what your point is....some Jewish posters always claim folks here try to convert them

And they don't wish to hear us criticize how most Jews act politically

And that we must qualify every utterance with a nod towards the minority of Jewish conservatives

It gets a bit tiring....liberal?? Jews are at the vanguard of progressivism in my country

I think arguably more influential than any other group in that area

And i am not going to give them a pass on it just because folks are terrified of being called bigot...its ridiculous.....and then some

I have heard this BS from Siegel from liberal Jews all my life

I am not going to play dumb so as not to offend

And btw.....Catholics here try to convert me too and i laugh it off or ignore them

I understand and support conservatism's love affair with Israel given our shared culture and foe but this covetness for Judaism by so many here is nonsensical.....i think it is chosen envy honestly

Well we simply cannot all be Jews by blood....otherwise why would God have made the Israelites chosen to begin with

Here is the comments at the Blaze link

They cut loose over this more there

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/anti-christian-hate-speech-spews-from-the-palm-beach-democratic-chair/

I don't think the pre civil war Jews here were as socially progressive....at least not those i read about here in Dixie.....maybe where folks came from or what they were fleeing....maybe not though....Cubans and Viets fled oppression and they are stalwarts

Nope....i think it is an anti pluralism resentment of Christianity here But if you find conservative Christians working against Jewish interests and values the same as vice versa....you let me know where....we can bash them together

That was my daughter who did the interview with Mr. Siegel and she was raised with the understanding of the divine destiny of the Jewish people. Next time someone tries to “convert” you remind them that you are still in covenant with God. It was the House of Israel, the ten northern tribes God divorced as explained in the book of Hosea. Israel was scattered but Judah was kept in tact and in covenant. That covenant has never been broke. So Judah, the Jews, are Covenant people. It was the gentiles who had to make a covenant to come into relationship with God.

Some people just don't read the Tenach/Old Testament...it's all right there. So how can you convert? You are already in Covenant. (she says running for cover) but it's all there in the Tenach/O.T. if you choose to read it.
