I watched it down here in Australia. So, was this a rehash from one of his earlier speeches brought up to date? I wish I could get Rush at an earlier time than 3am here. I’m sure he’d have a good analysis of it.

So, was this a rehash from one of his earlier speeches brought up to date? Aren't most of them ? And I don't mean just Bill Clinton.
Perhaps it's because the country has the same old issues, or because the issues have never been solved.
