businesses could recoup any potential lost revenue by selling reusable bottles."Now she can set her sights on the "Juicy-Juice" crowd.

Its a watershed moment for Concord residents as single-serve plastic water bottles will be officially banned in the town, effective Jan. 1....state Attorney General Martha Coakley ruled that the controversial bylaw...does not violate state or constitutional law in any way.Everybody in Concord can sleep soundly tonight, knowing that their biggest problem of the year has been solved!
They can sleep soundly as long as they do not think about how much money and time was wasted solving a non problem.

This is what got to me.
However, there are provisions in the bylaw that allow businesses to sell single-serve plastic water bottles in the case of an emergency.
WTF?

” Honestly, we did it with the best of intentions”
Best if intentions = tyranny. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
“and we hope that people realize this is a small change,
He said while boiling the frog slowly.
Were hoping also as we move forward that people will realize its not a big change and we can adapt because 20 years ago, we didnt have this product and we were all just fine.
Moving 20 years into the past is not moving forward.
