I’m with you. Remember when GW Bush finally got into the White House and the Clinton and Gore team trashed the offices and took the W’s of the keyboards and stupid stuff like that? This crowd seems more dangerous and I think they will stop at nothing to remain. They took GOD out what the heck I am in shock and very sad.

I can’t say I have watched the conventions since the 60’s. I was old enough to, but really didn’t get interested until the 70’s.
I think the Dems have forgotten there is an alternate media and not everything they say will be taken at face value any longer. The MSM will still carry their water..but at risk of losing ratings they might bail.
The unimformed base voter will stay on board.
If I were the Dems...and the Pubs..I would drop these dog and pony shows like a hot potato. They are very expensive and nobody really watches. (I watched very little of either and I am a political junkie.) These people are over exposed on everyday tv and radio. The conventions are outdated and give the media on both sides areas to attack.

I was mad as heck at the time about that. Looking back now, it seems almost harmless compared to how low the dems have continued to stoop since.
Yeah the current bunch is a bit more ruthless.

I call it the Bread and Circuses convention so clowns fit.
There was something different about him. Someone said to me (I don’t endorse this view or have an opinion on way or the other on it) that he saw signs that Barry had been smoking pot before the speech.

Speaking of balloons, I saw something the other day that any convention that had problems with their balloon drop lost the ekection. HMMMMMMMMMM... None at all must mean 0 is going to lose BIG TIME.
